A predictable rhythm. Every project runs through the same five stages, with the same checkpoints and the same paperwork.

  1. 01Day 0–2

    Brief

    You drop specs, drawings and a target landed cost. We scope the lane, flag what's missing, and confirm feasibility before you spend a thing.

  2. 02Day 2–9

    Source & quote

    Three to five verified shops from our US bench. Structured RFQs go out the same week. Quotes come back normalised — apples to apples on tooling, BOM, labour and margin.

  3. 03Day 9–25

    DFM & samples

    An AI-assisted DFM pass surfaces tolerance, material and assembly risks before tooling. Golden samples reviewed in person or on video — go/no-go before any production commitment.

  4. 04Day 25–60

    Production & QC

    Weekly WIP photos, mid-line audit, AQL pre-shipment inspection. Nothing leaves the floor unphotographed and nothing ships without a signed report.

  5. 05Day 60+

    Logistics & landing

    Ground freight or expedited LTL with a closed-out QC report. You get tracking, an invoice trail and a debrief.
